INFORMATION

PLAYER FEES:1. The fees are $125.00 per football player. 2. The fees for football players include a game jersey, trophy, maintenance fees, and insurance. 3. We also offer a sibling discount. 4. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID by AUGUST 12th unless a prior arrangement has been in advance of this deadline. **Please check with the secretary for more information at the time you register.Age Divisions: (Age as of July 31st)5-6 year old - Pee Wee Division7-8 year old - C Division9-10 year old - B Division11-12 year old - A Division*Depending on the number of players at an age group, a team or teams may be added according to experience.Example:Triples: BBB - Most ExperiencedDoubles: BB - ExperiencedSingles: B - Least ExperiencedPRACTICES:1. Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00-8:00p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park in LaVergne, TN. 2. The practice schedule will include Fridays until the first week of school. 3. We DO practice in the rain and snow; however, adverse weather conditions such as a heat advisory or lightning may lead to an adjustment to the practice schedule.(Check with your head coach for practice schedules and cancellations.)4. Only CERTIFIED COACHES will be allowed on PRACTICE/GAME fields. 5. For safety concerns, parents are to pick their child up from each team's DESIGNATED PRACTICE FIELD.GAMEDAY:1. Home games are usually played on Saturdays at Veterans Memorial Park. 2. Please plan to arrive at games 1 ½ hour before game time as this allows for warm-up time and weigh-in. 3. Players must be at the designated weigh-in station 20 minutes before game time. If not, by league rules the player will not be able to play until after halftime. 4. Although there is no weight limit to play, there is a weight limit to advance the ball at each level. • Triple Pee Wee Division - 65 lbs • CCC Division - 90 lbs • BBB Division - 110 lbs • AAA Division - 135 lbsThree pounds are added to each divisions weight limit at week six of the regular season schedule. Different weight requirements exist for Double and Single teamsFOOTBALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED:1. Helmet (white): Provided by the league on a first come first serve basis2. Shoulder pads: Provided by the league on a first come first serve basis3. Practice pants and practice jersey4. 7-piece pad set for pants5. Mouthpiece6. Cleats

LaVergne Wolverines Cheerleading 2011 SeasonWelcome! Marlo Clark, Cheer Director615-306-6308lavergnecheer_gmail.comIf you have any issues throughout the season, please address with your coach first, then escalate to my attention. The last level of escalation would be to Ronnie French, President of the League. His contact information is on the website.UniformsWe are getting new uniforms this year! The cost will be $125 and includes all required items: Shell with lettering, Skirt, Briefs, Socks, Bow, and Poms. There will be additional optional items offered at an extra price. Optional items can be ordered again later in the season. All poms will be kept by the coaches throughout the season. A set of poms will be given to each cheerleader at the end of the season to keep permanently. This ensures that each child has poms during practice and games. It will also preserve the color and quality throughout the season.
